I’m Kate and I work from my home studio in Dunblane in Central Scotland creating original patterns and illustrations for handmade homeware and accessories.
My work is inspired by the retro floral and geometric patterns I grew up with, and I enjoy using colour and scale in bold, dynamic ways to create bright, vibrant, and distinctive designs. I mainly work digitally, while also incorporating gelli printing techniques into my process.
I love designing functional, everyday pieces with contemporary patterns that bring a sense of joy and character to the home.
